Technical Infrastructure and Utility Networks

It can be stated that this type of construction work (piping/pipeline construction) has represented the main focus of our activities in recent years. Unfortunately, we haven't calculated exactly how many hundreds of kilometers of piping we have welded and installed in total. These are primarily water and sewer lines, drinking and utility water supply lines, and process water pipelines. This area of construction also includes building connections, the installation of pumping stations, water meter and pumping shafts, grease and oil separators (NEL), etc. We also perform trenchless construction (horizontal directional drilling and plowing) and pipeline reconstruction (relining), including pipeline cleaning, water main disinfection, and pressure and camera (CCTV) inspections.

Technical Building Services (MEP)

For this type of welded pipelines and technological units, it primarily involves the distribution of heating, cooling, and process media, including industrial gases in industrial facilities, civic amenities, and other installations, such as power and heating plants, heat exchange stations, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), etc. These are often installations falling under Government Regulation No. 26/2003 Coll., and thus under the European Commission's Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU).

Steel Structures

In the field of steel structures, we have achieved a relatively high level of competence even for dynamically loaded steel structures, up to the "penultimate" execution class EXC3! We therefore intend to focus on this area more thoroughly in the future. We weld smaller-span bridges, footbridges, pipe bridges, masts, trusses, supporting structures, stairs, ladders, railings, and similar construction products falling under Government Regulation No. 190/2002 Coll. (construction products bearing the CE mark), i.e., according to the European Commission's Construction Products Regulation (CPD/CPR 305/2011). We usually also assemble and install our steel weldments.

Other Types of Construction

We have long since stopped claiming to our customers that we are professionally capable of building absolutely anything from the foundation to the roof, including interior fit-outs. Although in the past we completed a significant number of building construction projects on a turnkey basis with the help of subcontractors, we honestly admit that current requirements for high-quality "turnkey" construction demand such a level of knowledge regarding modern technologies, materials, processes, and naturally, valid legislation and technical standards, that any sensible investor should be very careful if an ordinary construction company promises them something similar. Only a construction company of a certain size has all the necessary construction professions full-time in-house (or is capable of professionally hiring subcontractors) and competent management staff, who, although they may still not be able to cover the construction industry comprehensively, have such knowledge of project management that they are truly capable of delivering a high-quality turnkey project.

Therefore, our resources (human, technical, and professional) allow us to perform concrete work and also smaller transport infrastructure projects, such as parking lots and interlocking pavement sidewalks, in addition to the aforementioned welded structures. In doing so, we strongly prefer to carry out projects using our own employees.
