Qualification Courses and Exams

We conduct courses and provide examinations for metal welders:

• Training and basic courses for welders and brazers according to ČSN 050705.
• Preparatory courses and certification exams for steel welders according to ČSN EN ISO 9606-1, welders of non-ferrous metals and their alloys according to ČSN EN ISO 9606-2, 3, 4, 5, and brazers according to ČSN EN ISO 13585.
• We organize courses and exams based on the Welding School Certificate of Competence No. 12/413, granted by the Testing and Certification Organization CS Lloyd spol. s r.o. Prague, a member of the Czech Welding Society ANB (CWS ANB).
• Upon request, exams can be taken at our facility and the certificates can subsequently be issued by another third-party certification body (e.g., TÜV SÜD CZ, Lloyd’s Register EMEA, ČSSP, etc.).
• We conduct courses according to the time and content syllabuses provided by CWS ANB. The preparation time for international exams is then adapted to the specific abilities of the trainee.
• For welders working in the gas industry, upon request (without a surcharge), we conduct the exam according to ČSN EN ISO 9606-1 under the conditions of ČSN EN 12732 (simulated trench).
• For welders of pressure equipment, upon request (with a surcharge), we conduct the exam according to ČSN EN ISO 9606-1 under the conditions set by the Notified Body (NB) for welders according to PED 2014/68/EU.

We conduct courses and provide examinations for thermoplastic welders:

• Basic courses for plastic welders according to TPG 92705 and TNV 755517.
• Preparation and certification exams for welders of PE gas pipelines and connections according to TPG 92704.
• Preparation and certification exams for international thermoplastic welders according to ČSN EN 13067.
• We conduct courses and exams based on the Welding School Authorization granted by the accredited testing and certification organization: Czech Society for Welding Products (ČSSP) Prague, which certifies our plastic welders.

Other Qualification Courses

Courses for the assembly and repair of gas equipment are conducted based on the decision of the Board for Professional Gas Education, which issued us the Certificate of a Registered Professional Gas Education (OPV) Center No. 3/2012 for exam courses according to Act No. 458/2000 Coll., and TPG 92701. The testing authority for state professional supervision here, in accordance with the Energy Act, is the Technical Inspection of the Czech Republic - TIČR (formerly ITI).

Courses and exams for insulators are conducted according to TPG 92702, based on the aforementioned Board for Professional Gas Education Certificate No. 3/2012 of a registered OPV center.

According to TPG 70001, in cooperation with Viega, we provide training for interested parties on pressing copper fittings for water and gas distribution systems.
